About Kristen

I am a Leadership + Development Coach with a passion for working with existing, emerging and aspiring leaders to set, guide and drive them to achieve their personal and professional goals.

With more than 17 years experience supporting executives and senior leaders across diverse industries, alongside five years of coaching and facilitating leadership development programs I have honed the ability to nurture and extract excellence from those who work with me.  

I have an innate ability to draw people out, build a rapport and gain the trust and respect of leaders, managers and clients who are wary or inexperienced when it comes to coaching. My coaching style has been described as:

    • non-judgemental

Outcome focused, I actively partner with those I work with – meeting them where they are, asking the right questions, respectfully challenging the status quo, expanding what is possible. I have had a great deal of success with people who have moved from being the technical expert into key leadership positions. One of my areas of expertise is coaching those within the engineering industry.

People are often unaware their skills are transferrable, I open peoples’ eyes to other opportunities and help build their confidence and courage to look beyond what they thought possible.

On many occasions I have worked with these people through several steps along their development journey, providing their organisations’ with long standing, highly skilled managers and leaders and a clear succession pipeline.
